Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) is an entry-level certification that validates fundamental technology knowledge. The MTA exam preparation course is live with an instructor over three consecutive days. The goal in this course is to prepare students for the MTA exam, as well as to help students gain a solid understanding of the concepts addressed so that they can apply them to their work in the field. We give sample tests, provide a printed workbook of slides, and provide students access to our exclusive CyberLMS Test Prep software to help prepare students for the exam.
An exam voucher is good at any Pearson-Vue test center. The student is responsible for scheduling and taking the exam after the course ends.
PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, vouchers for exams may only be obtained by the individual taking the exam. In those cases, we reserve the right to refund the cost of the voucher to the person taking the course from us with the intent they will take the refund and pay for the voucher themselves.
Exam voucher must be used (exam taken) within one year of boot camp. Exam can be included in price of course or may be purchased through Pearson-Vue.
All courses are subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, as per CyberProtex Policy. Additionally, if for some unforeseen reason an instructor cannot be available at any particular time, we will notify the attendees of the class as soon as possible and allow a makeup time for the missed instruction due to the instructors' absence.
