Role Overview
CyberProtex is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-native CI/CD pipelines and platform automation within Microsoft Azure. This role is foundational to how we deliver secure, reliable, and repeatable infrastructure and application deployments across client and internal environments.
You will work at the intersection of development, operations, and security. This exciting opportunity helps drive DevSecOps maturity, improving delivery velocity, and enabling engineering teams to ship with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Integrate security, compliance, and quality gates into pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Manage Azure DevOps services including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Service Connections.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline release management and deployment strategies.
• Monitor pipeline health, deployment success, and system performance; remediate issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and reusable templates to support scale.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and cost optimization across cloud environments.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline design
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure core services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation principles
• Proficiency in scripting or automation languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Role Overview
CyberProtex is seeking a Client Onboarding Engineer to lead the technical onboarding and activation of clients within our Managed Services portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring smooth transitions, operational alignment, and a high-confidence launch experience for every client engagement.
You will operate as both a technical authority and a client-facing strategist—bridging delivery teams, aligning stakeholders, and establishing onboarding standards that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring milestones, timelines, and technical requirements are delivered with precision.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and driving outcomes.
• Participate in client-facing and internal coordination meetings, providing status updates, technical clarity, and next-step alignment.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of configurations, deployments, and documentation to ensure CyberProtex service baselines are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client satisfaction and adapt onboarding strategies to evolving requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and documentation to support scalable, repeatable onboarding workflows.
